 to help our Oma, and our family.

Your staff and loving caregivers allowed Oma to remain in her

Apartment at Oak Tree Assisted Living for over a year after her

Brain surgery. Brandi, Mary, Lynn, and Monica were attentive,

Caring, and loving with Oma. Oma enjoyed their daily

Companionship and valued their help and support.

We truly appreciate and value the service and quality of care that

Your company provides. Your loving caregivers allowed us the

"opportunity of choice" regarding where Oma lived. This was one

of the greatest gifts she could have received ... Thank you from the
